I've had the pleasure of experiencing Emilie's Yin Yoga workshop where she aligns astrological knowledge with meaningful deep stretches and postures. It is unlike any Yin class I have taken and leaves my mind and body feeling nourished and enlightened. The sensations are different each time, which I love, and allows me to evolve within the experience she creates and deepen the connection I have with myself. It is truly a mindful meditative experience where Emilie's voice and direction guides you through an intentional journey back to yourself. I highly recommend her workshops and classes as they have been an integral part of my practice!
